FIELD: medicine, manual therapy. SUBSTANCE: device has a flat disc with protrusions which are symmetrical at the both disc planes and have reliefs which correspond to that of spinous processes of a backbone. At the same time protrusions at planes are situated at opposite sides of an axis coming through the center of a plane, and have a height corresponding to that of spinous processes, and they are situated in the center of a plane at the distance equal to the thickness of spinous processes. Protrusions at planes are designed by the length to be similar or different. EFFECT: higher efficiency to be used at osteochondrosis, dislocations or subdislocations of vertebral joints, at traumas and deformation of a backbone due to more simplified construction by providing derotation of vertebra twisted against longitudinal axis to the right or to the left. 2 dwg
