FIELD: medical devices.
SUBSTANCE: device for intracorporeal surgery containing a cutting device rotated by a hollow drive shaft, which is formed by a hollow front cutting area and a back area. The front area includes several longitudinal drilling sections connected by transversely oriented sections of the cutting blade. The drilling sections are arranged at an angle to each other, forming, together with the cutting blades, a conical lattice formation having a hollow internal cavity. The lattice structure defines a plurality of holes between the drilling sections and the blades.
EFFECT: low pressure zone is formed within a hollow inner cavity in which the cut bridging materials are sucked by the low pressure zone through a plurality of holes into the hollow inner cavity for further removal from the cutting device.
