SUBSTANCE: biomaterial is sampled from a vaginal side wall mucosa by scraping; real-time PCR is conducted to measure equivalent genomes of opportunistic agents to be compared to a centile interval of the respective group of microorganisms; the normal microcenosis is stated if total bacterial count falls within the centile interval of 105.1 to 106.2 EG/sample with certain microorganisms presented in the specified intervals.
EFFECT: simplifying and fastening the analysis procedure, developing the criteria for quantitative and qualitative assessment.
