FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: for women, scrapes of epithelial cells from the vagina (posterolateral arches) and cervical canal, endometrial biopsy, metoaspirate, abscess contents, abdominal exudate, blood, urine are used for the research. For newborns, scrapes from the mucous membranes of the gastrointestinal tract (feces, oropharynx), eye secretions, contents of the vesicles, the umbilical cord, blood, urine, contents of the venous catheter are used for the research. Real time PCR is performed. In the biomaterial samples, the total bacterial mass, the number of genomes of the opportunistic microflora representatives belonging to eleven taxa is determined: Enterobacteriaceae family, genera: Streptococcus, Enterococcus, Staphylococcus, Candida, species: Streptococcus agalactiae, Enterococcus faecalis, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Gardnerella vaginalis , Candida albicans, and the presence of eighteen marker loci associated with the pathogenicity of the main conditionally pathogenic microorganisms: G. vaginalis sialidase, G. vaginalis lacZ, G. vaginalis fucA, S. agalactiae sialidase, S. agalactiae ST-17, S. agalactiae ST -19/23, S. aureus tsst, S. aureus lukS, S. aureus lukF, S. aureus icaA, S. aureus icaD, E. faecalis cy lA, E. faecalis cylB, E. coli cnf1, E. coli vat, E. colipapC, E. coli stx1, E. coli stx2. Depending on the presence/absence of the pathogen, its number and pathogenicity marker genes, an assessment is made of the level of infectious agents pathogenicity and a prognosis of the course and development of disease complications is provided. According to the prognosis, the tactics of patient treatment are implemented.
EFFECT: higher prediction accuracy.
