FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method consists in sampling a cervical smear from pregnant women for 37 weeks or more. It is analyzed by the Femoflor-16 diagnostic panel by PCR. If observing at least one of the following values in the smear: Lactobacillus spp. less than 99.3%; Gardnerella vaginalis/Prevotella bivia/Porphyromonas spp. more than 0.08%; Megasphaera spp./Veilonella spp./Dialister spp. more than 0.06%, high risk of prenatal amorous blood flow is predicted. If detected in a smear Lactobacillus spp. more than or equal 99.3%; Gardnerella vaginalis/Prevotella bivia/Porphyromonas spp. less than or equal 0.08%; Megasphaera spp./Veilonella spp./Dialister spp. less than or equal 0.06%, risk of pre-natal discharge of amniotic fluid is considered to be low.
EFFECT: what is presented is a method for prediction of risk of prenatal outpouring of amniotic fluid in term of full-term pregnancy.
