SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgical otorhinolaryngology. The mucous membrane and perichondrium are incised from the nasal septum to an attachment point of the inferior nasal concha. The mucous membrane is separated from the bone base in the form of a pocket 2 cm deep. A graft is inserted; the nasal cavity is narrowed by increasing the tissue volume. The graft is presented by a high-purity natural bone mineral taken from bovine bone tissue with the osteoconductive structure having a nanocrystalline structure of natural apatite. The graft is inserted into the attachment point of the inferior nasal concha of the nasal cavity. The amount of the substance depends on the pocket size. A roll of the missing anatomical structure, which represents the inferior nasal concha in the inferior side wall and narrows the nasal cavity, is formed.

EFFECT: method enables normalising nasal breathing and improving the patient's quality of life by using the implant, which is not rejected, lysed, keeps its volume for a long time, possess the minimum risk of secondary infection and good vascular permeability, as well as by the mucosal atrophy of the nasal septum prevention.
