FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: method of setting of annular gap between a surface of the cylindrical or hemispherical resonator of the wave solid-state gyroscope and external electrodes comprises formation of alternating voltage between external electrodes and conductive resonator surface, alternate measurement of current flowing through each external electrode, and setting of the resonator in the position at which these currents are equal among themselves, which differs in that during current measurement the selected external electrode is connected to the inverting input of the operational amplifier. The inverting input of the operational amplifier is connected to its output through the resistor the value of which is selected in view of the necessary value of output voltage and the current of the inverting input of the operational amplifier, and the non-inverting input of the operational amplifier and other external electrodes are connected to the common wire. According to the made assessment the unevenness of the annular gap when setting by the offered method is about 1%.

EFFECT: improvement of uniformity of the annular gap between the conductive surface of the cylindrical or hemispherical resonator of the wave solid-state gyroscope and external electrodes during assembly, improvement of accuracy of measurement of the alternating current flowing through the external electrode that is achieved by decrease of influence of parasitic capacities on the measurement result.
