FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method includes fibrocystoscopy, obtaining washing waters of the urinary bladder by alcohol lavage, by its catheterisation, after which the alcohol lavage is placed in a centrifuge tube and centrifuged at a rate of 1500 rev/min for 10 minutes, after which the supernatant liquid is discharged, 4 ml of a nutritional medium 199 are added to the obtained sediment to obtain a cell suspension, which is placed in a filter-concentrator, centrifuged in a cytofuge, with the removal of background elements and separation into fractions of cell elements to obtain a multilayered preparation, which after that is air-dried at room temperature and used for cytological and/or immunocytocheminal analysis. The optimal volume of the cell suspension constitutes from 100 to 400 mcl. The method makes it possible to obtain monolayered topsin-preparations with the homogeneous, thin-layered (monolayered) distribution of the cell material on a small section of the microscope slide.

EFFECT: increased diagnostic possibilities of cytological diagnostics of urinary bladder cancer and its recurrences.
