FIELD: measuring technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measuring technology and can be used in flowmetry of any liquids, electrically conductive and non-electrically conductive, transparent and opaque, chemically aggressive and flammable, explosive, toxic and dangerous to the environment: in the chemical, oil-producing and oil refining, food and pharmaceutical industries, in electrical and thermal power engineering, in housing and communal services in automatic water metering systems and as part of a heat meter in water heating systems. A liquid ball flowmeter consists of a dielectric housing, a jet-guiding apparatus, an annular channel, a ball made of dielectric material and having zero buoyancy in a liquid, inside which there is a parallel resonant circuit, a high frequency generator and an amplitude detector, characterized in that the electronic circuit of the converter contains two amplitude detectors connected to the output of a high frequency generator, and an operational amplifier operating in the comparator mode and controlled by the output signals of amplitude detectors.
EFFECT: expansion of the dynamic range of measuring the flow rates of any liquids due to the normalization of the pulse output signal.
