FIELD: biotechnologies.
SUBSTANCE: in compliance with proposed process, tissues of shells disposed of intervalvular fluid and valves are kept at +2÷+5 °C for 3-4 days and, thereafter, are minced. Biologically active matters are extracted from minced bulk by triple volume of boiling water to subject the residue to hydrolysis. Water extract and obtained hydrolyzate are combined.
EFFECT: simplified process.
