FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: in test box a model of explosive fragmentation element with explosion initiator is installed, at its internal and external perimeters the monitoring video cameras to monitor development of the emergency during accident. Video cameras are made as explosion-proof, and video camera outputs are connected with recorder to register change of the process parameters in the model. Changes of the process parameters in the explosive object model are registered. In ceiling part of the model an aperture is made, it is covered by the explosion-proof element free installed on three resilient rods, on end of each rod is rigidly secured in the model ceiling, and on the another end horizontal bar is installed, between the explosive fragmentation element and aperture a three-coordinate pressure transmitter of explosion-proof design is installed. At both sides of the pressure transmitter temperature and humidity transmitters are installed. Internal and external surfaces of the model guarding are provided with glued strain sensors, their outputs are connected with input of recording equipment package. Processed test data make the information data base on development of the emergency during accident at the explosive object, and mathematical model is prepared to forecast prevention of the emergency during accident at the explosive object.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of process equipment protection against explosions.
