FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used for process equipment explosion protection. This is achieved by using monitoring system with processing of obtained information on hazardous zone in testing bay, where model of explosive object is installed, and along its internal and external perimeters video cameras are arranged for video monitoring of emergency situation development process during accident on explosive object, which is simulated by mounting explosive splintery element with explosion trigger in model, wherein video cameras are made in explosion-proof version, and outputs from video cameras are connected through spacers inner cavity to unit, by means of which change of process parameters in model is recorded and registered, then registering by means of system analyzers recorded processes waveforms, change of explosive object process parameters in model, and in model ceiling part opening is made, which is closed by explosion-proof element freely installed on three resilient pins, one end of each of which is rigidly fixed in model ceiling, at on second horizontal crossbar is fixed, between explosive fragmentation element and opening three-dimensional pressure sensor in explosion-proof design is installed, which output is connected to recording and registering equipment unit input, and at both sides of pressure transmitter temperature and humidity sensors are installed, controlling temperature and humidity conditions in model, which outputs are also connected to recording and registering equipment unit input, and model enclosures inner and outer surfaces are pasted with strain sensors, which outputs are also connected to recording and registering equipment unit input, after processing of obtained experimental data forming data base on emergency situation development in case of accident at explosive facility and drawing up mathematical model, forecasting emergency prevention in case of accident at explosive facility.
EFFECT: improving protection efficiency of process equipment against explosions by increasing quick action and reliability of bursting elements operation.
