FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: system for simulating emergency situations comprises units for monitoring and processing received information about a hazard zone. The system comprises, mounted on a text box, a model of an explosion-hazard facility fitted with an explosive splinter element with an explosion trigger, a protective cover and a tray. The cover with the tray is a single closed structure formed around the model of the explosion-hazard facility. The model is equipped with transport and suspension systems. The ceiling part of the model has an aperture which is closed by an explosion-proof element, which is loosely fit on elastic pins, one end of each of which is rigidly mounted in the ceiling of the model, and the second end has a horizontal crossbar. The explosion-proof element has a metal armoured frame with metal armour plating and filler - lead. The cover of the explosion-proof facility is rigidly attached to four support bars, which are telescopically inserted into fixed connection pieces - panel supports. Outside the support bars there are elastic damping elements, one end of which rests on the metal armour plating and the other on support sheets. The ends of the elastic support bars with support sheets are attached to a damping element for damping impact loads of the panel on the support sheets. The damping element is in the form of a solid body with an inner cavity and surfaces which are equidistant to the panel surfaces, wherein said inner cavity is filled with an air-lead dispersion system, and the lead is form of spherical crumbs.
EFFECT: high efficiency of protecting manufacturing equipment and human resources from emergency situations by enabling prediction of the progression of an emergency situation at an explosion-hazard facility.
