FIELD: demolition works.
SUBSTANCE: model of explosive object is installed in the test box. Along internal and external perimeters of the model the video cameras for video monitoring of development of emergency situation after accident in explosive object are installed. Outputs of video cameras through the internal cavity of spacers are connected to the registration unit. The ceiling part of the model has the aperture which is closed by the explosion-proof element placed freely on three elastic pins. One end of each pin is rigidly fixed in the model ceiling, and on the second one the horizontal crossbeam is fastened. Between the explosive fragmental element and the aperture the 3D pressure sensor in explosion-proof housing is installed. Its output is connected to the input of the unit of recording and registration hardware. On both sides of the model the temperature and humidity sensors for monitoring of temperature and humidity conditions are installed. Outputs of sensors are connected to the input of the unit of recording and registration hardware. On internal and external surfaces of the model barriers the strain gages are fastened the outputs which are also connected to the input of the unit of recording and registration hardware.
EFFECT: increase of efficiency of protection of the process equipment and human resources from emergencies due to the possibility of forecasting of development of emergency situation in case of accident on the explosive object.
