SUBSTANCE: in device for forecast of emergency development during accident at the explosion dangerous object means that monitoring system with processing of the obtained information about dangerous zone to make decision on the emergency prevention is used; in test enclosure a model of the explosion dangerous object is installed, and along internal and external parameters the video cameras are installed for video monitoring of the emergency development process during accident at the explosion dangerous object, that is simulated by the explosive fragmentation element with explosion primary is installed in the model. Video cameras are made explosion-proof, and their outputs via the internal cavity of the spacers are connected with unit ensuring recording and registration of the process parameters changing in the model, then using the analysers system the oscillograms of the process parameters change in the model of the explosion dangerous object are registered, and in ceiling part of the model an aperture is made, it is covered by the explosion protecting element free installed using three resilient rods, one end of each rod is rigidly secured in the model ceiling, and on the second end a horizontal bar is made, between the explosion fragmentation element and the aperture a three-coordinate pressure transmitter is installed (explosion-proof), its output is connected with input of the recording and registration devices unit, and at both sides of the pressure transmitter the temperature and humidity transmitters are installed, they monitor temperature-moisture mode in the model, their outputs are connected with input of the recording and registration devices unit, and internal and external surfaces of the model enclosure are glued with strain sensors, their outputs are also connected with input of the recording and registration devices unit, after processing of the obtained experiment data the information data base is made on development of the emergency during accident at the explosion dangerous object, and mathematical model is prepared, it forecasts prevention of the emergency during accident at the explosion dangerous object.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of protection of the process equipment and people against emergencies by possibility of forecast of the emergency development during accident at the explosion dangerous object.
