FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used for explosion protection of process equipment. Monitoring system with processing of obtained information on hazardous zone is used in test box. Model of explosive object, and on its internal and external perimeters video cameras for video surveillance of development of emergency during accident on explosive object is simulated by means of installation in fission element with explosion initiator, wherein video camera is made in explosion-proof design. Outputs of video cameras through inner cavity of spacers, connected to unit by means of which is recorded and recording change of process parameters in model. Registered by means of system analysers recorded waveform processes, change of process parameters in model of explosive object. In ceiling part of model is made an aperture is closed by explosion-proof element installed freely on three elastic pins, one end of each of which is rigidly fixed in model ceiling, and second has fixed horizontal bar. Between explosive fragmentation element and an opening is set three-dimensional pressure sensor in explosion-proof design whose output is connected to input unit of recording and registration hardware. On both sides of the pressure sensor located temperature and humidity sensors, control temperature and humidity conditions in model, outputs of which also connected to input unit of recording and registration hardware. Inner and outer surfaces of enclosures of model is glued with strain sensors, outputs of which also connected to input unit of recording and registration hardware. After processing of obtained experimental data information data base on development of emergency during accident on explosive object and mathematical model to forecast prevention of the emergency during accident on explosive object.

EFFECT: technical result is increase in efficiency of process equipment protection against explosions.
