FIELD: blasting.
SUBSTANCE: method consists in usage of a monitoring system with received information processing. In a test box they install an explosive object mockup, and video cameras are installed along inner and outer perimeters. Video cameras are performed as explosionproof, and outlets from video cameras are connected to a unit, where they record and register current processes of technological parameters variation in the mockup. In the ceiling part of the mockup they arrange an opening, which is closed by an explosion protection element, between an explosive fragmentation element and an opening they install a three-coordinate pressure sensor of explosionproof design, and at both sides of the pressure sensor they install sensors of temperature and moisture that monitor heat and moisture conditions in the mockup, inner and outer surfaces of mockup fencing are glued with strain sensors, outputs of all sensors are connected to the input of the unit of recording and registering equipment. After processing of the received experimental data they generated an information data base, and a mathematical model is made, which forecasts prevention of an emergency in case of an accident in an explosive object.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of process equipment protection against explosions by increased efficiency and reliaiblity of rupture elements actuation.
