FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to diffusion welding of parts from various materials and can be used for bronzing of inner deep bores of plunger pumps operated at kinetic friction. Male sleeve-like part is fitted in female part with clearance of 0.02-0.05 mm. Note here that said male part is made of metal with higher thermal expansion factor than that of female part. Male part fitted in female part is subjected to mandrelling with interference of 0.25-0.75 mm. Then, parts are heated in vacuum not lower than 1-10-5 mm Hg to 0.5-0.7 Tmelt, where Tmelt if melding point of metal of lower heat resistance.
EFFECT: possibility to bronze inner deep bores.
