FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fireproof restored granulate and can be applied in production of fireproof concretes and plastic masses, for instance, for sealing bee-entrances, for injection moulding or in composition of fireproof mortars. Fireproof restored granulate from mechanically processed material of splits and/or wear material represents grains, which have coating means on the surface, with coating means being water-repelling and consisting of a) hydrophorbiser and b) combination of phenol resin and its hardening agent, with granulate having pH from 6 to 8.5 in high-alumina materials and from 9 to 12 in magnesite materials in water medium; grain compressive strength by DIN 4226 part 3, or EN 13055-1/2002 from 8 to 150 N/mm2.
EFFECT: elimination of impact of chemical pollution and excessive specific surface of split materials on fireproof mass hardening and mechanical properties of linings.
