FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to railway brakes. Actuator comprises means to develop braking movement of pressure part with braking force, feed interface for connection of actuator with power accumulator, control interface for connection of data transfer line and logical unit connected with control interface. Logical unit can adjust braking force in response to braking control device control signal transmitted in data transfer line. Actuator assembly can be mounted at railway turn bogie. Besides, it can activate an emergent braking. Actuator can set the braking force at emergent braking to maximum value depending on the data loaded from conversion unit. Railway vehicle braking system incorporates this actuator. Railway vehicle consists of several cars articulated to make the train, every car being provided with braking system including above described actuator.
