FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises a rotating self-feeding mandrel and units to lay long-length fibreglass material and binding agent onto the said mandrel with further formation of the moving continuous pipe workpiece. The device also comprises a polymerisation chamber where the binding agent of the workpiece is hardened producing a moving formed continuous pipe, and a cut-off unit which travels along the said formed continuous pipe by a drive and cuts it. The device additionally includes the unit to control the cut-off unit operation and a sensor of axial movement of the formed continuous pipe, the sensor is connected to the input of the said control unit. An end indicating tap is installed at the free end of the formed continuous pipe.

EFFECT: improved synchronisation of cut-off unit travelling with the moving formed continuous pipe.
