SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to systems for blood apheresis. A rotor of a centrifuge for whole blood separation into blood components contains a case, capable of rotation, which has a case part and a neck part, an input, connected via a flowing medium with an internal space of the case, and multiple elements for vibration reduction, spaced apart around the neck part. The case part forms an internal space for whole blood reception. The case is capable of rotation to separate the whole blood into a multitude of blood components. The input is made with a possibility of introduction of the whole blood into the case. Elements for vibration reduction are made with a possibility of enhancing the rigidity of the neck part and reduction of the centrifuge rotor vibration, when the rotor rotates. In accordance with the other version the rotor of the centrifuge for the separation of the whole blood into blood components contains a case, capable of rotation, which has a case part and a neck part, with the case part additionally having a shoulder section, extending between the case part and the neck part, an input, which is connected via a flowing medium with the internal case space, and at least one element for vibration reduction, located on the shoulder section and made with a possibility of adding rigidity to at least part of the case, capable of rotation, and reducing the vibration of the centrifuge rotor, when the rotor rotates. The case part forms an internal space for the reception of whole blood. The case is capable of rotation to separate the whole blood into a multitude of blood components. The input is made with a possibility of supplying the whole blood into the case. The system of blood processing for the separation of whole blood into blood components contains a device for access to the vein for the extraction of whole blood from an object, a device of the blood components separation for the separation of the whole blood into the multitude of components, means for the extraction of at least one blood component from the separation device, at least one reservoir for the storage of at least one blood component, extracted from the device for the separation of blood components and means for returning the remaining components to the object. The device for the separation of blood components includes the centrifuge rotor.

EFFECT: reduction of vibration and noise in the devices for separation of blood components.
