FIELD: radio-engineering, communication.

SUBSTANCE: on vehicle a unit of identification radiosignal coding (4) and radio receiving/transmitting device (5) are installed connected by bus-bars with a immobilizer (2). The identification signal is coded by the cryptographic engine. The identification code is identification number (VIN) of vehicle entered in the immobilizer. The radio receiving-transmitting device of the vehicle exchanges via the coding unit by the additional secret code signal with the immobilizer, that in case of such exchange absence for more then 5 s generates command to the engine control unit (3) for the engine shutdown. System of photoradar transmitters is equipped additionally with the radio receiving-transmitting device (6) for reception and transmission of the identification signal, decoder (7) to decode the identification signal connected by bus-bars with units of the radio receiving and transmitting device of the system of photoradar transmitters and with control unit (8) of photoradar transmitters. Radio exchange between the radio receiving and transmitting devices of the vehicle and system of photoradar transmitters is performed by hopping signals.

EFFECT: increased accuracy of the vehicle identification, remote action on the vehicle traffic offender is ensured.
