SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method and a system for participation in a group call. After a request for the registration of a temporary dispatcher, which has been sent by a user, is received, a reference mobile switching centre initiates a recording request that includes a code number of a group call and a registration number, which shall be recorded by the user, sent to a group call register; after a group call message referring to the code number of the group call is received, the reference mobile switching centre uses the temporary dispatcher number recorded in the group call register for sending the call to the group call corresponding to the code number of the group call.
EFFECT: technical result consists in the fact that a service subscriber who does not support call readdressing and the dispatcher who came across non-standard conditions of electric power supply failure or penetration into a blind zone can continue participating in the corresponding group calls.
