FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: tooth-wheel consists of a body in the form of a disk with a hub and of a toothed rim with teeth. The outer disk diameter is equal to the outside diameter of the gear rim. The toothed rim is made as shaped ring out of strap with width equal to width of teeth of the toothed rim. The external profile of the ring corresponds to the profile of the toothed rim, ring by one end face is secured in the disk end face. On the end face of the internal surface of the profiled ring removed from the disk, and on end face of the disk the cone ring is secured, it is tapered towards the disk.

EFFECT: optimised design of the tooth-wheel, lower costs of its manufacturing.
