FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: potatoes, rutabaga and bulb onions are cut and blanched. Carrots are blanched and cut. Fresh ornamental cabbages and sugar peas are cut and frozen. Beans are boiled till weight increases by 150%. Pork is cut. The components are mixed with salt and CO2-extract of pyrolysis wood. The produced mixture and bone broth are packed, sealed and sterilised.

EFFECT: organoleptic properties preservation combined with non-traditional raw materials usage.
