SUBSTANCE: measurement of plurality of parametric characteristics of the system is made wherein at least one control parameter is used as function of measured parameters; rated operating point is selected; rated model is identified that describes the system in the above operating point; set of qualitative models is defined for potential deviations from the rated model; deviation from the rated system model is by decomposing a model from the set by all deviations that represent potential changes from the rated model; the preset optimisation criterion is minimised by changing at least one of earlier parameters deviating from the rated system model.
EFFECT: reducing system perturbation state, approaching real state to ideal one, thus ensuring stability of the system.
