FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electroplating. The device contains electrodes - an anode (5) and a cathode (6) connected to an electric current generator (4), and the cathode (6) consists of a set of separate samples (9) designed with a possibility of immersion into the electrodeposition bath and powered from the adjustable power supply unit (11) which is connected to the current generator (4) and contains the device for control (12) of the current flowing through cathodic samples so that through each of them the pre-set current has flown. Cathodic samples (9) are suspended on the mobile holder (10) located above the bath (3) for immersion into the bath of these samples only. The method includes stages during which separate samples (9) are weighed before their placing on the holder (10), they are immersed in the bath on the holder, they are subjected separately to current of selected and adjustable value, after coating deposition the samples are taken away from the bath using the holder and weighed (9).
EFFECT: improvement of accuracy of selection of electrodeposition parameters.
