SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of study and analysis of papillary patterns. The method of formation of presentation of a print of lines on a human hand includes obtaining of the image of papillary pattern print, identification on it of characteristic parameters that are the lines separating the flows of papillary lines and outgoing from sleeves of visually pre-determined certain deltas of patterns and the lines outgoing from the centres of deltas to the edges of the pattern print, formation by means of these lines of ribs of a pattern skeleton, and also a pattern skeletonisation and the print is a print of human palm, the determined lines are oriented with reference to a palm print by forming of an arbitrary line between the under-finger zone and another part of a palm that is a line of connection of sections of two lines of bend in an under-finger zone, boundary with reference to the whole palm, and also by determination of lines of separation of thenar, hypothenar sections of a palm and another part of a palm, and identification of the line of palm contour by print boundaries, which is used for determination of its shape and relative length and width of a palm.

EFFECT: simplicity and availability of formation of representation of print of human papillary patterns on the basis of not only fingers, but also a human palm that provides expansion of possibilities of their obtaining and use.
