FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: compressing element in the device is designed in the form of single row tamping beam with two equal by length left L1 and right L2 portions, constituting the total length of the beam L=L1+L2, moving vertically in opposite phases with the vibration frequency of ƒ=540-720 min-1 for mixes of type A, B and ƒ=420-600 min-1 for mixes of type C, D, E, beam width is determined from the condition C=(2-3)dmax, where dmax maximum size of mix grain, which permits to increase the moving rate of asphalt-spreader up to 8.0 m/min, its support surface comprises two portions different by width - front C1=0.55C and rear C2=0.45C, inclined to the horizontal surface of the compacted layer, respectively, at angles α = a r c t g h l ( S F 0,8 S F 0,9 ) 0,55 C  and  β = a r c t g h l ( S F 0,9 S F 0,98 ) 0,45 C , where hl _ layer thickness, cm; SF0.8, SF0.9, SF0.98 - the respective safety factors for compressing the asphalt-concrete layer, corresponding to kc=0.80, kc=0.90 and kc=0.98.

EFFECT: possibility of increasing the speed of asphalt-spreader.
