FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention represents a method for producing a calcium phosphate composite consisting in preparing calcium phosphate particles in a chitosan matrix by depositing in situ in a solution containing high-molecular chitosan and asparagine or glutamic acid followed by drying; that is followed by uniaxial pressing of the prepared powder at a specific pressure of 100-1,500 MPa/cm2; the pressed form is heated in a drying chamber at 100-250°C and cooled to 20-25°C, whereas the finished form is pressed out.
EFFECT: simplifying the procedure of chitosan biocompatible composite.
