FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method for producing a composite hydrogel formed in situ for replacing osteochondral defects. The method for obtaining a composite hydrogel, formed in situ, to replace osteochondral defects consists in separately obtaining a suspension of sodium alginate containing octacalcium phosphate and a solution of sodium alginate containing an amino acid, mixing a suspension of sodium alginate containing octacalcium phosphate with a solution of sodium alginate, containing an amino acid in a 1:1 ratio, with the final composite hydrogel containing, wt.%: sodium alginate - 55-89, octacalcium phosphate - 10-40, amino acid - 1-5.
EFFECT: obtaining a composite natural hydrogel, formed in situ, for minimally invasive surgery, with a slow gelation time.
