SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in internal combustion engines with exhaust gas recycling. Proposed device is intended for ICEs, particularly, diesels. Diesel has intake manifold 10, exhaust manifold 11, intake and exhaust lines 2 and 3, first and second offgas recycling paths, turbo supercharger air cooler 20 is arranged upstream of intake manifold 10 and downstream of offgas second path 60. Turbo supercharger 4 incorporates compressor 40 fitted in intake lone 2 and turbine 41 arranged in exhaust line 3. There are control means 52, 62, 63 to control offgas flow rate and to distribute its between said first and second paths. Besides, this device comprises temperature transducer to measure turbo supercharger outlet gas temperature. Invention discloses also the compressor and air cooler protector, ICE and control device.
EFFECT: efficient protection against mechanical stresses caused by high temperature and fuel cracking.
