FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: set of inventions relates to moulding of flexible tube case (versions) and to processes related therewith (versions). This device comprises female die and make die. Both dies and moulding part make the cavity for case sleeve to be moulded there between. Said cavity extends from top end to opposite bottom end in lengthwise direction. This moulding device includes extra end gate part. The latter, female die and male die make the gate cavity at upper end cavity for tube case. Gate cavity comprises passage composed of one or more orifices communicating circular distribution channel with tube case cavity for direction of fused plastic material from distribution gate channel into tube case channel. One or more orifices are uniformly distributed over cavity perimeter for tube case and narrow compared with distribution channel upstream of said passage so that said passage prevents, first, fused plastic material flow into tube case cavity to increase pressure in gate cavity. This causes development of pressure sufficiently high for displacement of fused material via passage to tube case cavity.
EFFECT: ruled out displacement of damage of label at displacement of fused plastic material along said label at high moulding pressure.
