SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fat-and-oil industry. The vegetable oil interesterification method includes vegetable oil treatment by way of contacting vegetable oil with a natural absorbent for the pH value to be within the range of 6 - 8; oil is separated from the absorbent; purified oil is brought into interaction in the presence of a fermentative catalyst for interesterification.
EFFECT: invention allows to improve preliminary treatment of vegetable oils prior to a fermentative process.
