SUBSTANCE: antioxidant represented by 4,4'-dimercaptodiphenyloxide or 4,4'-dimercaptodiphenylmethane is added to lipids in an amount of 0.03-0.4% of lipids weight.
EFFECT: invention allows to obtain a composition of lipids oxidation stabilisation with the help of an antioxidant with high effectiveness and low toxicity.
