FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: stabilising composition which includes 4-(N-acetyl)aminophenol (paracetamol) as an antixodant, added in amount of 0.01-0.08% of the weight of lipids.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a composition which does not require high material costs, based on the capacity of a low-toxic antioxidant to react with peroxy radicals and break down products of oxidative decomposition of lipids with a non-radical method.
