FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relate to medicine, namely to methods and devices for mapping. Mapping method includes stages which apply probe which has distal end with distal tip and electrode. Probe is made with possibility of introduction into subject's body and contains sensor of contact effort. Sensor of contact effort contains position sensor and contact effort sensor. Contact effort sensor contains position sensor and magnetic field transmitter. Distal tip is made with possibility of determining tissue electric activity. After that, contact of distal probe tip with subject's body cavity is provided; signals by position sensor and magnetic transmitter of contact effort, which shows pressure, applied to tissue by distal tip, are generated; probe is moved into multitude of locations in body cavity; signals from position sensor are received and coordinates of probe distal end position are determined, signals from position sensor, measured by probe in respective locations inside subject's body cavity are received; deviation of distal tip as indicator of pressure, produced on tissue by distal tip, is measured in each of respective locations; and respective quantity of contact between probe and tissue in body cavity in each of respective locations is determined. After that, inlet signals, for which respective quantity of contact is beyond the limits of specified range, are deviated; points of reflection, including coordinate, read by position sensor, and electric signal from electrode, which show electric tissue activity, is realised; map of body cavity is created or updated with application of points of reflection for signals which have not been deviated.
EFFECT: application of invention provides obtaining exact data in the process of electromapping, as well as reduction of trauma of body cavity walls in the course of performing operation.
