FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: shell structure includes rib-honeycomb framework (1) out of repeated systems of crisscross spirals creating stiffeners with nodes at crosses, and external layer (4) concentric to the rib-honeycomb framework. Besides it also has layer installed at internal side of the rib-honeycomb framework and concentrically to it. At that the internal (5) and internal (4) layers are made out of thin-wall material having wavelike shape with creation of cavities (8), in which stiffeners and cross nodes of the stiffeners of the rib-honeycomb framework are located. Method of manufacturing of the shell structure means that its external, middle and internal layers in form of the cylinders are made separately, and then are inserted in each other. The middle layer is made by winding on the mandrel of the crisscross left and right spirals with creation of stiffeners with cross nodes, their solidification and removal from the mandrel. Then the obtained middle layer, and available external (4) and internal (5) layers are inserted successively in each other symmetrically relatively to the central axis (14). The assembled structure is installed between the concentrically installed inductors, operating according to pressing and unpressing method, and simultaneous pulse is applied to the inductors, under its action the external and internal layers in places where the middle layer stiffeners and cross nodes locate create cavities (8), and in places of their absence they move to each other.
EFFECT: increased strength and reliability of shells, reduced weight.
