SUBSTANCE: this device comprises evacuation opening cap fitted from above into said opening located in fire safe zone of high-rise block of flats. This allows to close the evacuation opening inner edges. Guide device is arranged vertically to displace up and down relative to said head. Droppable device arranged under said head and connected with guide device by sliding joint to allow sliding down in guide device. Decelerating device allows sliding of droppable device in guide unit at lower speed. Return device returns droppable device to initial position in said guide device. Besides, emergency evacuator coin comprises locking device to retain droppable device atop said guide device.
