FIELD: instrumentation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the electric methods of inspection, and can be used to measure parameters of the liquefied gases, including cryogenic liquid, in three phases (gaseous, liquid and solid). It can be used also to measure position of the interface borders and dielectric permeability of three-layer mediums, such as "gas-fuel-water" under conditions of the varying electrophysical properties. Method of measurement of the liquefied gas properties under three-phase state means that electromagnetic oscillations are generated in the located in tank resonator, and its natural frequencies are measured. The technical result is achieved in that in the resonator of W-shape structure the electromagnetic oscillations are generated of TEM types at five natural frequencies (first, second, fourth, sixth and eighth), and they are measured in empty and filled with liquefied gas tank. As per values of the natural frequencies the dielectric permeability of phases and position of the interface borders are determined as solution of the system of equations made by the dependences of all measure natural frequencies of the resonator and these parameters. Based on the dielectric permeability for the known type of liquefied gas the density of each phase is determined, based on phase densities and position of the interface borders at the known tank configuration the liquefied gas weight is determined.
EFFECT: possibility to measure parameters of the liquefied gas in three-phase state (dielectric permeability and of each phase, position of the interface borders, weight in tanks of the optional known shape).
