FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to oxide catalyst in form of particles for application in gas-phased reaction of catalytic oxidation or gas-phase reaction of catalytic ammoxidation of propane or isobutene. Claimed catalyst contains compound Mo, compound V, compound Nb, compound of, at least one element, selected from the group, which consists of Sb and Te, compound W and optionally compound of, at least, one element, selected from the group, which consists of Mn, B, Ti, Al, Ta, alkali metal, alkaline earth metal, La, Ce, Pr, Yb, Co, Y and Sc, with atomic ratios represented by the following formula (0), where average intensity for W, present in the area within 5 mcm from the surface in direction of the centre of oxide catalyst particle, is equal or is higher than by 1.08 times of intensity value for W, present in oxide catalyst in total, and average intensity for W, present in the area from part, corresponding to 5 mcm, from the surface towards the centre of oxide catalyst particle, is equal or is higher than by 0.3 times, and less than by 1 time intensity of value for W, present in oxide catalyst in total: CMo:CV:CW:CNb:CX:CZ=1:a:w:c:x:z …, (0) where CMo represents atomic ratio of Mo; CV represents atomic ratio V; CW presents atomic ratio W; CNb represents atomic ratio Nb; CX represents atomic ratio of, at least one element, selected from the group, which consists of Sb and Te; CZ represents atomic ratio of, at least, one element, selected from the group, Mn, B, Ti, Al, Ta, alkali metal, alkaline earth metal, La, Ce, Pr, Yb, Co, Y and Sc; and a, w, c, x and z get in ranges 0.01 ≤ a ≤ 1, 0 < w ≤ 2, 0.01 ≤ c ≤ 1, 0.01 ≤ x ≤ 1 and 0 ≤ z ≤ 1 respectively. In addition, invention relates to method of obtaining oxide catalyst, as well as to methods of obtaining unsaturated acid and unsaturated nitrile with application of oxide catalyst.
EFFECT: application of claimed oxide catalyst makes it possible to obtain respective unsaturated acid and respective unsaturated nitrile with high output.
