FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention describes a method of manufacturing an oxide catalyst, comprising: step (a) of preparing an aqueous liquid mixture of A containing Mo, V and Sb; step (b) mixing starting Nb material, water and an organic acid to obtain an aqueous solution of Nb; step (c) mixing an aqueous solution of Nb and the silicon dioxide starting material to obtain aqueous liquid mixture B; step (d) mixing aqueous liquid mixture A and aqueous liquid mixture B to form aqueous liquid mixture C; step (e) drying aqueous liquid mixture C to obtain dried powder D and step (f) calcining dried powder D to obtain an oxide catalyst. Also disclosed is an oxide catalyst prepared using said method, and a method of obtaining an unsaturated nitrile using an oxide catalyst obtained by this method.
EFFECT: technical result consists in obtaining an oxide catalyst, which exhibits higher performance, thus providing a high yield of the end product, an unsaturated nitrile.
