SUBSTANCE: given invention relates to a method of drying of a wet substance in the form of particles, and the dried-up substance in the form of particles is a white mineral with the brightness Ry of, at least 65% which is formed by means of drying in a dryer with direct heating by superheated steam at which, at least one flow (1) of the wet substance is brought into contact with the superheated steam (6) in, at least, one drying chamber (40) with the mixing system and the dried-up substance as, at least one flow (10) of the product to get the dried-up substance. Also the invention relates to the use of the method of producing of the white mineral and its use.
EFFECT: invention provides the implementation of the described method in the drying system at an optimum level of temperature without significant increase of sizes, without adding of complex surfaces of the heat exchanger, avoidance of a separator that excludes pressure drop.
