FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gas processing and may find application in oil processing, chemical recovery and other industries in recycling of gases of delayed coking, coal coking, technical carbon production, containing aerosol of soot or coke particles, hydrogen sulphide, light hydrocarbons and non-condensed gases, to produce fuel gas. The method is proposed to recycle coking gases to produce fuel gas, including washing with light gas oil of coking, which is then returned for fractionating of coking products, compression with a liquid ring compressor, where a mixture of aqueous solution of alkanolamine and washing water from washing of desulphurised gas with water is supplied as a working fluid. The produced liquid hydrocarbons released during gas compression is separated to produce the spent aqueous solution of alkanolamine saturated with hydrogen sulphide, which is taken out for regeneration, and desulphurised gas, which is washed with water, to produce fuel gas and washing water.
EFFECT: production of fuel gas, reduced contamination of working fluid with coke dust and reduced losses of hydrocarbons C4+.
