SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to decoders and can be used for decoding of input data. A decoder includes data processing hardware that performs the following: processing of coded input data for extraction of information on the header, which points at the coded data relating to blocks and/or packets included in the coded input data; information on the header includes the data pointing at transformations used for coding and compression of input data of a block and/or a packet; preparation of a data field in a data storage device for reception of decoded content of the block and/or packet; extraction of the information describing the transformation, and further user of inversion of the above transformation for decoding of coded and compressed input data with formation of the corresponding decoded content of the block and/or packet to fill in the above data field; data output when the coded input data is at least partially decoded.

EFFECT: effective decoding of input data and their unpacking without any content quality losses.
