SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer engineering. Image encoding method includes encoding the first binary data indicating the first intra-frame prediction mode and the second binary data indicating the second intra-frame prediction mode; herewith when encoding the first and second context-adaptive sections are encoded, being part of the first and the second binary data respectively, by context-adaptive arithmetic encoding, the first bypass section is encoded, which is another part of the first binary data, and the second bypass section, which is another part of the second binary data, by means of bypass encoding to generate encoded data, which include the first context-adaptive section, the second context-adaptive section the first bypass section and the second bypass section, herewith the first bypass section and the second bypass section are adjacently included after the first context-adaptive section and the second context-adaptive section.
EFFECT: technical result is the increase of processing parallelism degree without the decrease of efficiency of encoding.
