SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of decoding video data. The method includes obtaining information on dividing a coding unit; dividing an image into depth coding units using division information; obtaining, from a bit stream, a sampling mode indicating which coding unit depth contains a sampling parameter delta; determining the coding unit depth containing the sampling parameter delta; obtaining the sampling parameter delta based on the coding unit depth from the bit stream; performing reverse sampling on conversion units included in the determined coding unit depth using the sampling parameter delta.
EFFECT: high decoding efficiency.
