SUBSTANCE: method includes dividing an image into depth coding units; determining conversion units in the current coding unit; obtaining a sampling mode indicating which coding unit depth contains a sampling parameter delta; determining the coding unit depth containing a sampling parameter delta; when the depth of the current coding unit corresponds to the determined coding unit depth, obtaining a sampling parameter delta for the current coding unit from said bit stream and determining a sampling parameter of said conversion units using the sampling parameter delta; and performing reverse sampling and reverse conversion on said conversion units.
EFFECT: high decoding efficiency.
