FIELD: personal use articles.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of drinks making. The method to prepare a coffee extract for a large cup from a capsule containing ground coffee, for the time of outflow making 50 seconds or less by means of water injection under pressure inside the capsule. The capsule is filled with ground coffee and has a membrane for drink dispensing. The capsule is exposed to extraction in the coffee extraction device, and the water is injected into the capsule under pressure. The coffee drink outflows via the capsule membrane having an engagement facility that engages and/or disengages the capsule and the membrane. Pressure drop in the ground coffee layer is reduced as the capsule is filled with ground coffee with percentage of dust content (F) controlled depending in medium size of coffee particles D4,3. The time of outflow may be reduced down to 40 s or even less with simultaneous maintenance of coffee yield during extraction in wide ranges - from 15% to 30%.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to reduce time of outflow from capsules of coffee extract with simultaneous improvement of coffee quality indices, in particular, its strength, and also density and texture of coffee foam.
